Funding Calendar

Please note that the dates listed are subject to change.  We will endeavour to keep this information as up to date as possible.  It is recommended that you visit the individual funder's website to confirm dates in advance of planning your application.

The Otago Community Trust (not Tapanui) is open year round.  Allow at least two months for your application to be processed.  Visit www.oct.org.nz. 
*For large projects (100K+) there are two funding rounds.  Ensure applications are in by the end of March or the end of August (for May and November Trustee meeting dates).

The Trusts Community Foundation Limited distributes funds to the community of New Zealand from proceeds of gaming machines operated in Licensing Trusts, private hotels, TABs and some sports clubs around NZ.

The Foundation support a broad cross section of non-profit community groups, charities, welfare agencies and educational organisations as well as many amateur sporting clubs and the Racing Industry.

The Caversham Foundation is open year round.  Visit www.caversham.esmartbiz.com. 
*The Caversham Foundation currently have no venues in South Otago, there is therefore small likelihood applications would be successful.  It is recommended that other funding bodies be approached.

The Lottery Grants Board includes committees who meet throughout the year (no fixed date); these are Individuals with Disabilities, and the Minister's Discretionary Fund.  Other committee application closing dates are noted on the Funding Calendar.  Visit www.cdgo.govt.nz
