• Has been in its current location for 35 years after an amalgamation of the Kaitangata, Stirling, Paretai and Henley factories
• Around 110 staff including Drivers, Production, Leadership, Maintenance, Admin, Distribution Centre and Amenities

Cheese Processing
• Processes 1.75 million litres of milk per day
• It takes 5 hours to produce a block of cheese from raw milk
• Each block of cheese weighs 20kg – 10,000 of them per day at a rate of around 10 blocks per minute
• 200 tonne of cheese is made per day
• Make predominantly Cheddar cheese but also Colby and Egmont
